This isn’t the first time that I went to Ozzy Cozzy. Been there a few times before for some drinks but this is the first time that I actually took photos, and this time my sister and H joined us. 🙂
Ozzy Cozzy is a local resto/snack lounge here in Cavite City. They have just started early this year (if i’m not mistaken) and continues to gain frequent customers that enjoy their food and the cozy place, thus the name. Their menu is mostly Australian inspired which makes it unique. Set up as a living room type of diner, you would really feel like you’re home.
“Enough with the intro, Auntie. Give me food already.”
They serve many dishes from fish & chips, sandwiches, desserts, some cocktails and beers and of course some pam-pulutan as well. But one feature that they have is the customized burgers!! Yes, from the word it self, you can customize your burger! 😀
Egg, onions, pickles, cheese, mushroom and the works. Add some to your burger, or if you want to go extreme, add them all! It’s your call. 🙂
Actually, I’m a fan of their Jucy Lucy burger. Have tried that before, and it was so good it is worth another try. I didn’t bother adding any on my order since it tastes awesome as it is and I didn’t want to mess up the flavors. Hehe
The Jucy Lucy burger. Thick beef patty with cheese filling! With another slice of cheese in ketchup, mayo and teriyaki sauce? Soooo gooood .. and definitely juicy.. And I have to mention it’s only P70. #win!
Chino also had the Jucy Lucy but took advantage! hehe He added some caramelized onions, tomatoes and mustard sauce. +P32 only for the add-ons.. Not bad right? I think he enjoyed it since he loves burgers. ^-^V
Sister’s first choice was fish & chips. Unfortunately not available so she opted for anything without cheese. The owner, who is also a friend of mine, suggested the Chico Burger. Basic burger but my sister said it was good and a hefty serving. Will take note of the price next time hehe.
Of course, the little princess wouldn’t be left out. This extra serving of chips is for her. 🙂
Last but not the least is the Sweet Chili Chicken Wings. Originally ordered the Hickory flavored one, but not available so we settled for this which is equally good. And we got it for only P125 (5 pcs).
After the meal, I asked Chino and my sister about what they think of the place and the food. Both agreed that food was great. Also, nice background music courtesy of Adele throughout our stay there. I totally agree with them. Although I hope Hickory will be available next time, I’m craving for that one. 🙂
Hopefully, more Caviteños can try Ozzy Cozzy and have a taste of what good food Cavite has to offer. Before you go out trying food choices from other towns, why not try our own first, di ba? hehe Til next cozy session! Happy eating! 🙂
