Here’s a quick post on our dinner last night. This isn’t our first time to go to Flames, neither our first to have these meals. But it’s the first time I actually took photos.
We go there basically for the Binagoongang Baboy meal (P100), served with rice and a glass of iced tea. This is a nice fix when you are craving for something good and nakakabusog for dinner. It also comes with sliced fried eggplant.
We also ordered one from their Grilled-To-Go menu. This is my favorite among those: Baby Back Ribs (P160), rice not included. This is a generous slab of rib, nicely grilled with tasty barbecue sauce. With the right amount of fat, this is a good ulam or pulutan.
I guess it is something that Caviteños might overlook. Others think that Flames is only for inuman. They also have to realize there are good meals at reasonable price around the city. 🙂
