This isn’t my first time to shop online but being one happy customer, I just have to post this. 🙂 I haven’t been too keen of Zalora, actually I haven’t paid it any mind when I see its advertisements here and there. Not until an officemate shared that she has been using this online site to buy shirts, shoes, etc. and that the service has been great. That’s when i have decided to check the site out and see which brands they carry.
After few searches and views of brands I am familiar of, I stumbled upon something that I have been wanting a long time: a Dakine backpack! ❤ My last Dakine bag was in college and I currently have a Dakine sling bag. So this plaid backpack is a good addition plus this will go well with my travels here and there. 👍
Without much thinking, I signed up for an account and placed an order within a span of 5 minutes. I had an email confirmation instantly and was informed I have to send card copies and an ID. I did that the following day and in the afternoon, I received a text message that my package has been sent and should be here in Cavite within 3 to 5 days, which is fine since they offer free shipping service for more than P1000 of spendings.
But much to my surprise, I received another text message the next day that the Xend delivery guy is outside my house, ready to deliver my bag. So I hurried out and got the package, opened the box and there is my bag. Just 2 days ago, I was viewing this from the webpage, but now I have it in my hands! That was a prompt and smooth transaction that I had with Zalora! Got the item for less than 3 days.
