Valentine’s day or not, Cafe Antix is undoubtedly my favorite restaurant / cafe here in Cavite City. It’s my go to place whenever I crave some good food and want to relax. So we are here again last Friday morning for breakfast and to try their new sandwich.
This is Cafe Antix’s homey interiors. This is how clean and cosy it is everyday (minus hearts dangling from the ceiling). There are several antique items and ornaments on display too, from vintage phones, tv set, clock, typewriters and others. But food is a different story! Their menu consists of unique burgers, sandwiches, pasta, coffee, frappes which you won’t see anywhere in Cavite! 🙂
Oreo Cheesecake. This is my 4-year old niece’s choice. First time to try it since we usually go for blueberry. This is surprisingly good! Every bite is refreshing especially if you dip it in some cool whipped cream!
Bacon Mushroon Mozarella Bypass. Chino usually goes for a burger when dining here. This one has a glorious grilled beef patty, topped with bacon, mushroom and melted mozarella cheese with barbecue sauce. I used to also always have burgers here until I met my current favorite. haha
Bacon Mozarella Tuna Pasta. Also known as the BMT pasta. If you know me well enough, you would know how much I am in love with this dish. haha Yes, it may seem simple and ordinary but this is perfect for me! I have already tagged it as the best pasta here in Cavite City! I feel this is crafted by the cafe’s owner for me haha Since they introduced it months ago, I have never gone here without ordering this. 🙂 ❤
Meatball Hoagie. Sister is trying this new dish but she doesn’t seem so happy about it. I think this is the first in Cafe Antix which didn’t make us go wow. It’s marinara sauce has very strong tomato taste though meatballs are good. We tried it without cheese though because sister doesn’t eat cheese. But I’m not closing my doors, I am willing to try it again next time we go. I know I should try it with cheese to get its full potential hehe
If you ever go to Cavite City, make sure to try Cafe Antix then thank me later. haha
